Hi folks, this is friend and client for 4 years Carlos Maximo.
We started his contest preparation with 193 pounds 3 months before Carlos first show.
I noticed his incredible genetics after 4 weeks of hard training and diet he started gaining lean weight and just 3 weeks before the show his weight was up to 204 pounds and competed ripped to the bone at 197 to win the heavy weight class and the novice overall. Congratulations Carlos!!!! Get ready for the open class....
